Return and Exchange


RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Skye Clothing has a NO REFUND policy. 

All sales made by Skye Clothing are final. We do not provide refunds after a purchase has been made. This applies for both online and in-store purchases. 

OUR EASY EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for exchange now at an extended time period from the date of delivery.

We are happy to accept orders for exchange 14 days from the date of delivery if your items meet the following criteria:

  1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
  2. Items must not be washed
  3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Additional Exchanges Details:

Please note, that you should use your own shipping method to return your items to our warehouse.

Skye Clothing is not responsible for any shipping costs or customer fees incurred during an exchange.

Shipping costs for items that are being exchanged are LKR. 700 (LKR. 350* 2 – Up and down).

*Note: All “Get a Free Product” or “Buy One, Get One” purchases are not eligible for exchange.

** FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. ** Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Exchange Color/Size

  1. Select the item(s) you want to exchange.
  2. Choose your desired new size or color.
  3. Get our address from our customer support and mail back the original product.
  4. Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.

Exchange Style

  1. Select the item(s) you want to exchange.
  2. Get our address from our customer support and mail back the original product.
  3. Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
  4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund any remaining balance.
