OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange now at an extended time period from the date of delivery.
We are happy to accept orders for return or exchange 14 days from the date of delivery if your items meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
Additional Returns and Exchanges Details:
Please note, that you should use your own shipping method to return your items to our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that, Skye Clothing is not responsible for any shipping costs or customer fees incurred during a return or an exchange.
Shipping costs for items that are being exchanged are LKR. 700 (LKR. 350* 2 – Up and down).
Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.
*Note: All “Get a Free Product” or “Buy One, Get One” purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
** FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. ** Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Exchange Color/Size
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange.
- Choose your desired new size or color.
- Get our address from our customer support and mail back the original product.
- Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
Exchange Style
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange.
- Get our address from our customer support and mail back the original product.
- Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund any remaining balance.
Get a Refund
- Select the item(s) you want to return.
- Get our address from our customer support and mail back the original product.
- When we receive your item(s), your refund (apart from any shipping costs) will be processed. Please allow up to 7-10 days for this to be completed from when the items were received by our warehouse.
Please Note – Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
